All our Cogen Partners are hand picked by ENER·G. We want to be sure they are able to deliver a first class service and protect the reputation of our product. We do this by setting high standards for our Cogen Partners. In addition to training and supporting all our partners we also audit each Partner annually.
This audit checks all aspects of the Cogen Partners offer from sales to service. All CHP energy saving units installed by our Cogen Partners are also linked via our 'GKontrol' remote monitoring system to our HQ in Manchester, England. This enables our highly experienced service team to offer online support to our partners throughout Europe. ENER·G engineers are also on hand to support the Cogen Partners in the application, design and commissioning of our units.
One of the most important benefits of selecting a Cogen Partner is their unique ability to offer ENER·G's Discount Energy Purchase (DEP) scheme. DEP provides cogeneration solutions without the need for up front capital investment from the customer. Instead ENER·G invest in the CHP unit, its installation, operation and maintenance and the customer simply contracts to buy the electricity generated by the unit for 10 to 15 years at a cost lower than conventional grid supply.
Customers opting for a DEP solution will be directly contracted to ENER·G and the Cogen Partner will normally install, operate and maintain the unit on behalf of ENER·G.
